Select object > Specify base point

Key-in scale factor

Rotate

Transform angle of an Object
Home tab > Modify panel > Rotate

Specify base point

Specify rotation angle (CCW +, CW -)

Copy

Duplicate geometry

Home tab > Modify panel > Copy

Specify base point

Specify second point for the duplicate object

Move

Reposition Object
Home tab > Modify panel > Move

Basepoint: Point from the object you want to move

Reposition object to a new location

Select Options

Select Last
After "Select objects" command prompt > L

Select most recently created visible object

Fence Selection

After "Select Objects" command prompt > F
Make a series of line segments across the objects to select
